Location near Old Town District; close to restaurants and shopping. Rooms clean and comfortable. Utilized the Starbucks each day for muffin and morning coffee.

The location was great and the property felt safe and secure. I liked the fact that the parking garage was locked and a key card was needed to access the garage and the elevators. The market in the lobby was nice since we arrived late in the evening and needed some snacks after traveling. The room was clean and offered everything we needed for our stay.

The hotel itself was lovely. It was clean and the staff was friendly. One representative helped me get an early check-in so I could get ready for a function, which was extremely helpful. The staff in the dining area was super kind and patient with everyone in the coffee line in the morning!

I loved that it was a small property. Very easy to navigate in and out! The staff was very friendly. All the staff was friendly. Once you walk in the door the people from the front desk to the people cleaning to the people working in the bistro. Even the people just walking in the hallway always had a smile on there face! It was the best experience ever! It was a budget friendly hotel! But EXCELLENT!!!!! there was a mini mart at the front so anything u mightve needed like a drink of soda water juice milk for the kids was there. a late night snack theres a microwave. then the bistro had starbucks and meals so it was great! a small pool so the kids werent running like crazy around and enough to watch them! i truly loved it!!!!!!

The beds were so comfortable. Slept like a baby. 😃😃🥰🥰. The staff was really nice, when I informed them of the beds being comfortable, they stated that they had just gotten new beds. Old town san diego restaurants are just walking distance from the hotel, like 3 blocks , so if you want to have drinks and not worry about. It.

We loved the area we stayed in, it was safe and calm. When it comes to the room, bed was comfortable, room was spacious, it was clean. Our view was nice as well.
